Как выбрать воблер для ловли «зубастой»

Первое, на что обращают рыболовы — это бренд. Как бы парадоксально не звучало данное утверждение, многие спиннингисты подбирают приманки глядя на фирму и ценник. Возможность встретить брак или неработающую модель проверенных изготовителей достаточно низкая, поэтому на продукции именитых компаний такой большой спрос.

Бюджетные аналоги или реплики не всегда удачно копируют дорогие приманки. Даже если игра копии безупречна, не факт, что она понравится рыбе так же, как и оригинал. Разница между ними небольшая и глазу рыболова не всегда уловима.

Критерии подбора приманки:

• размер;
• вес;
• форма;
• цвет;
• тип;
• заглубление.

Для ловли щуки применяют модели длиною 80-120 мм. Это самый популярный размерный диапазон, однако при ловле троллингом используют более крупные приманки с большим заглублением. Вес воблера — важный параметр, который влияет на дальность полета и выбор удилища. Вес изделия должен укладываться в тестовый диапазон спиннинга, иначе есть риск сломать удилище.

Для рыбалки рекомендуют воблеры с длинным телом — «миноу». Они отлично ловят рыбу на глубинах до 2 м в теплое время года и осенью. По холодной воде прекрасно работают феты и крэнки ,которые представляют собой полненькие рыбки с крупным телом. Несмотря на классический подбор цвета по освещенности и прозрачности воды, многие охотника на хищника предпочитают использовать яркие цвета даже осенью. Провоцирующие раскраски раззадоривают пассивную рыбу, заставляя ее атаковать добычу.

Всего существует 3 типа воблеров:

• плавающие;
• тонущие;
• суспендеры.

Первый тип приманок популярен на мелководьях, их используют летом в жару. Тонущие модели чаще всего применяют по холодной воде, они имеют маркировку «S» — sinking (тонущий). Также бывают быстро или медленно тонущие, которые обладают отдельным обозначением: «FS» и «SS» соответственно. Суспендеры — это приманки с нейтральной плавучестью. Их главным оружием считается возможность «зависать» в толще воды, подпуская хищника ближе. Суспендеры показывают прекрасные результаты при ловле пассивной щуки, маркируются буквами «SP».

Наклон лопатки напрямую влияет на рабочий горизонт воблеры. Чем острее угол, тем глубже может нырять приманка. Модели с вертикальной лопастью буквально идут под поверхностью. На рынке можно встретить изделия, лопатка которых гораздо больше самого тела, что говорит о глубоководности их применения.

What tackle for pike fishing?

Best Fishing Line for Northern Pike

Even for relatively small pike (and if restricted to affordable nylon monofilament line), you would want to use mono of at least 12-lb breaking strain – simply to have a good chance of standing up to the strains of casting and pulling out of at least some snags.

However, with the creation of modern PE braided lines, it is now possible to have a really high breaking strain with a way lower diameter line (which also has pretty much zero stretch). There is nothing “sporting” about deliberately using a line that is too weak and leaving hooks in a fish. Instead the limit on force when playing a fish should be a combination of your rod’s power, reel-drag and avoiding pulling the hooks free from a big fish. On that point, the rod and reel-drag should be strong enough for the fish you can reasonably expect to hook.

Although they look scary, the Northern Pike is a delicate fish – particularly out of water. Playing a pike for an excessively long time is not a good way to ensure survival after you release it.

The “best” line for pike fishing will depend on the method you’re using. Let’s start with methods benefiting from low stretch line. This, to me, says you should be using braid.

Where to go pike fishing?

When you are looking for a pike to catch, try places like bays and flats. Weedy areas outside weed lines, pad fields, or reed/wild rice beds can also be suitable spots to look at since they might have a lot of pike swimming around there during the summer months.

Pike also prefers natural piers and man-made platforms since those areas offer pleasant shade and places to hide. Pike will often lie right under these structures, thanks to the cool water that is sucked into the area under them.

We can often find Pike in areas surrounded by fallen trees, or under docks where they can hide from other pikes that might hunt the same waters.

What is the best bait for pike fishing? (Pike baits guide)

There are many options to choose from when you want to catch pike. It’s important to know that the best baits will vary depending on the catching conditions.

The best colors for pike are those that put off a lot of vibration or sound. Top choices include spinnerbaits, inline spinners, and lipless cranks; these lures all have different purposes but work well when targeting this fish because they’re sensitive to bait like worms, nightcrawlers, or grubs.

What is the pike fishing season?

Pike fish are active year-round. The Pike fishing season starts in the spring when the fish wake up from hibernation. Once pike wakes up, it is hungry and will eat almost anything.

Pike spends the winter months in deep holes that do not freeze to the bottom, and in the spring it swims up to shallower water and feeds intensively. The Pike fishing season ends in the fall when the fish goes back to deeper and colder water and doesn’t leave it until the beginning of the next year.

Big pikes are eager to regain lost weight during the April spawning process. In mid-May, fishing is a good way to catch big fish that have recently finished their spawn cycles and want nothing more than tasty meals of fresh baitfish like shiners or perch.

These large predatory fish will eat anything they can find in order to rebuild all that energy they burned through when spawning. It won’t take long until these predators become active again as soon as the weather allows them room outside of ice densities on lakes.

What pound line should you use for pike fishing?

Every pike angler has caught a multitude of northern fish, most commonly from 4 to 10 pounds. They captured most in shallow water with the right equipment and techniques.

For a reel that has at least 15 pounds of drag, we recommend using a braided line between 20 and 40-pounds. To attach the leader to your mainline, use 3 feet of fluorocarbon lines from 30 to 40-pound strength.

How to use pike lures?

Using lures can be the best way to catch pike. The problem is that many people don’t know how to use them properly, especially spinners and spoons.

When using these types of lures, you want to use a separate rod with light action or even ultralight equipment. See the below video to learn how to use pike lures.

The best way to use lures is by casting them far enough so that your lure can sink deep down into the water. When you reel it back, make sure to slow and steady pulls! This will attract more pikes to your lure, increasing your chances of catching one.

If you plan on using spinners or spoons, you can jig them similarly. Just remember to lock your reel after each pull so the lure doesn’t get lost. when you have a strike, it’s best to set the hook hard and fast even if you miss the fish at first.

HS FAT PIKE 2-SEC, в отличии, например от «молчаливого» Salmo имеет шумовую капсулу, что дополнительно раздражает хищников.

Заглубление, заявленное производителем, соответствует действительности. Лично я использовал этот воблер на глубинах от 2,1 до 3,5 метров.

Что же касается щуки, хотя не только она была поймана на этот воблер. Как мне показалось, хищница просто не может пройти мимо и если она оказалась неподалёку, она непременно атакует приманку. Видимо, присущий ей канибализм не даёт возможности пропустить этот воблер мимо.

Хочется ещё раз отметить, что не только щуке нравится этот воблер. Его с большим аппетитом поедает судак и окунь. Во время теста даже язь не смог устоять перед ним. Правда, учитывая размеры язя, не совсем понятно, что он хотел сделать с этим воблером. Но как мне кажется , именно в этом и проявляются его высокие рабочие характеристики.

Хочется отметить стабильную игру этой приманки. Воблер работал весь сезон, начиная с середины июня и до октября. Единственное, как мне показалось, к концу сезона он приносил уже меньше трофеев, чем скажем в июне, когда на него было поймано три щуки весом чуть более 10 кг и одна на 12,5 кг. Но это и закономерно, ведь ближе к осени вполне справедлива поговорка: «большому куску и рот рад», которую я бы поправил: «большому куску и рот большой».

Окраска в целом краска держится хорошо, но щучьи зубы делают своё дело и за сезон воблер «меняется». Несмотря на это ухудшений в работе не обнаружил.

Да, чуть не упустил одну важную деталь. Крючки. Родные тройники разгибаются, иногда ломаются. Хорошо или плохо, сугубо личное мнение. При зацепе воблера на коряге – это конечно хорошо, при сходе долгожданного трофея – обидно. Лично я менял крючки на этом воблере только после их «смерти», когда тройник превращался в двойник или вообще в одинарник.

К слову, в этом сезоне мне очень понравились тройники Gamakatsu. Ими изначально оснащены все воблеры компании SPRO, в частности Kaminari Pike, с которым мне довелось познакомиться тоже в этом сезоне. К моему большому стыду тройники от компании Gamakatsu раньше я необоснованно игнорировал.

Но вернёмся к HS FAT PIKE 2-SEC, а точнее подытожим вышесказанное.  Такого я не ожидал, эта приманка ловит и ловит. На мой взгляд, HS FAT PIKE 2-SEC – качественный и не дорогой воблер, стабильно приносящий улов. Это воблер, который я с чистой совестью рад предложить Вам, дорогие друзья.
